Cancellation Policy
This Cancellation Policy applies to all bookings made with Wingrens Dogsafaris Ab.
Customer Cancellations
If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible by email.
Cancellation terms:
- For cancellations made 21 days or more before the beginning of the reservation, a cancellation fee of 10% is charged.
- For cancellations made later than 21 days and no later than 8 days before the beginning of the reservation, a 50% cancellation fee.
- For cancellations made 7 days or less before the beginning of the reservation, 100% of the total amount due or paid is charged.
No-Show or Late Arrival
If the customer does not arrive for the booked activity, the booking is treated as a no-show.
No-show or late arrival gives no right to refund.
Cancellation by Wingrens Dogsafaris Ab
If Wingrens Dogsafaris Ab cancels the activity due to weather, safety reasons, operational reasons or other circumstances beyond our control, the customer will receive a full refund.
We may also offer the possibility to reschedule the booking, if suitable for the customer.
Weather and Safety
Dog sledding depends on weather, snow and trail conditions.
Wingrens Dogsafaris Ab has the right to cancel, reschedule, shorten or adjust the activity if conditions are not safe for guests, guides or dogs.
Transfer Cancellation
If transfer has been added to the booking, the same cancellation terms apply unless otherwise agreed.
Customers are responsible for being ready at the agreed pick-up time.
