By making a booking, the customer confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these terms on behalf of all participants included in the booking.

Booking and Payment
Bookings are made through our website. A booking is confirmed when payment has been completed and the customer has received a booking confirmation.
The customer is responsible for providing correct contact details and accurate participant information.
Activity Description
Wingrens Dogsafaris Ab offers dog sledding experiences in Lapland, Finland.
The total duration of the activity may include preparation, safety instructions, meeting the dogs, the sled ride and time before or after the ride.
The exact route, distance and duration may vary depending on weather, snow conditions, trail conditions and the safety of guests, guides and dogs.
Safety
All participants must follow the instructions given by our guides.
Alcohol and drugs are strictly forbidden before and during the activity. Wingrens Dogsafaris Ab reserves the right to refuse participation without refund if a participant is under the influence of alcohol or drugs or behaves in an unsafe manner.
The activity is not recommended for pregnant guests or people with back problems. Customers are responsible for informing us before the tour about any medical condition, injury or other circumstance that may affect safe participation.
Children
Our dog sledding tours are recommended for children from 2 years and older.
Children must be accompanied by an adult. Parents or guardians are responsible for the children in their booking at all times.
Transfer
Transfer may be added to the booking for an additional fee when available.
Customers are responsible for being ready at the agreed pick-up time and location. Missed transfer due to late arrival does not automatically give the right to a refund.
Weather and Operational Changes
Dog sledding is an outdoor winter activity and depends on weather, snow and trail conditions.
Wingrens Dogsafaris Ab may change the route, schedule, distance or structure of the tour if needed for safety, weather conditions, trail conditions or the wellbeing of the dogs.
The safety and wellbeing of guests, guides and dogs always comes first.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for arriving on time, wearing suitable winter clothing and following all safety instructions.
Wingrens Dogsafaris Ab is not responsible for missed tours due to late arrival by the customer.
Right to Refuse Participation
Wingrens Dogsafaris Ab reserves the right to refuse participation if a customer:
- is under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- does not follow safety instructions
- behaves aggressively or unsafely
- has provided incorrect booking information
- is considered unable to participate safely
In such cases, no refund is guaranteed.
